New class coming soon!

I’m going to be starting a new class soon… on Tuesday 5th July, for a trial of 7 weeks until 16th August.

It will be called dynamic holistic yoga and will be an ‘intermediate‘ level class, suitable for people who have done some yoga before and/or people who are physically fit. It will not be suitable for brand-new beginners or for those with particular physical injuries/ medical conditions. If you are a beginner or have a physical injury or medical condition you would be better suited to either my earlier beginner’s class or the one taught by Sue Jones Davies on a Thursday (see other classes on Yoga I Bawb website), or discuss with me first as it may depend on your injury/condition.

CamelWhat will the class be like? There will be a little bit of Sanskrit chanting (you don’t have to chant if you don’t want to!) and some yoga philosophy, asana and pranayama, meditation, and appropriate music will be played during the class. Mostly there will be a flow from posture to posture, as well as a special focus each week e.g. backbends, arm balances, opening the heart area.

This class will challenge my teaching and yoga, as well as hopefully challenge your yoga!

When & where? Tuesdays 6pm – 7:15pm, Canolfan Padarn (Llanbadarn Road, Aberystwyth). This is the same venue as my other class.

Cost: £4 per class (£3 concession) of which 50p / person will go to a charity at the end of the year.

    1. Hi Sam, yes, the seven week trial over the summer was success so I have decided to carry on. Classes will re-start on 6th Sept and run until Christmas, and you can drop in any time. I should have updated the info in the ‘My classes’ tab. Hope you can come to the classes in the future!
