A residential yoga retreat for women who want ‘time out’ to ground and come back to themselves. This retreat will be of interest to those who have practiced a little or a lot of yoga and want to deepen their experience with gentle: Asana / postures, Pranayama / breathing and meditation. There will be a holistic balance of yoga and space to explore the nurturing surroundings or simply relax with a book by the fire. All meals will be deliciously vegetarian.
Non-Residential Price: £95 includes: workshop fees, Friday supper, Saturday & Sunday breakfast and lunch. For those living locally, you will be expected to join the Friday session and early morning asana practices.

I myself have been to a one day yoga workshop for teachers led by Rose at Over the Rainbow and found it very instructive and refreshing. And a couple of years ago I also stayed there on a belly dancing workshop which was great! That was led by Guinevere who is a lovely belly dancer.
