After a two week break I hope everyone is ready to get going again! Both my classes start again on Tuesday 17th April. If you didn’t do much/any stretching or yoga during the last three weeks don’t worry, neither did I! So we’ll be starting gently to re-introduce our bodies to movement and to re-establish our breathing and meditation practice.
