
You may have seen the recent news of a female yoga teacher still teaching and being very active at the age of 93 – apparently she is the world’s oldest yoga teacher. You can read about her here, and watch an inspirational short clip about her and see her teaching. I shall try to think of her next time I get out of bed a bit stiff and creaky!

I saw this report on the BBC morning show and was amazed at how firm and young her skin seems. To me, she looked half her age. Do we know if she’s had any ‘work’ done? Inspirational lady, nevertheless. ๐

Hi Christine, I’m afraid I don’t know any more than what’s in the media reports – I would hope neither woman has had any ‘treatments’ done to their bodies as they seem to promote that health has got them/ kept them where they are. Inspirational indeed!
