Have you got two minutes in your day?

If you’ve got two minutes in your day, you can practise this two minute meditation technique which is a breath-focused technique and can be done anywhere, any time. If you’ve only got one minute spare, you can practise this one-moment minute meditation which again can be done anywhere. There’s a really fun video that explains the principles behind it.

And if you haven’t got a minute spare to meditate, you probably need to re-evaluate your life!
