I just came across an infographic which recommends yoga as one of the types of exercise adults should be doing every week. This hasn’t been written by a bunch of yoga teachers, but is an infographic published on the Welsh Government website and quotes the UK Chief Medical Officers’ Guidelines.
The yoga is under the category for building strength and improving balance.
Let’s hope lots of health care practitioners recommend yoga classes to the adults they see who need to increase their weekly physical exercise!
