If you’re looking for free, good quality relaxation tracks to use at home, in English or Welsh, why not try these three tracks from Yoga i Bawb (trans: Yoga for All) a west Wales yoga group. The three available are:
* Progressive relaxation – relaxing each part of the body in turn
* Yoga Nidra – a body scan which relaxes both body and mind
* Visualisation – a body scan with simple heart visualisation
The tracks originally appeared on a Yoga i Bawb CD which was produced some years ago. With no copies remaining Yoga i Bawb decided to put three of the tracks online. And because a key aspect of Yoga i Bawb is to make yoga available to as many people as possible, the tracks are freely available on their website in English or Welsh.
