I recorded a short video for international day of yoga (IDY).
The UN-designated day (21st June) has the theme of wellbeing for 2021, so I chose a breathing technique, movements and mindfulness practice that would promote a sense of wellbeing.
It’s a relatively simple and short session session, which you can even do lying down!
