Current yoga classes
I teach two online yoga classes a week and two Dumfries classes a week. Read on for more info about my classes and how to book.
All classes are on as normal until Easter break. No classes 3rd – 20th April. FRIDAY 21st in Dumfries will be on! (Change of plan)
Dumfries in-person classes
- Wednesday 6-7pm – Intermediate yoga – ideal for those wishing to develop their yoga or add yoga to an existing fitness programme e.g. runners/cyclists and other sports
- Friday 5.30-6.30pm – Relax and recharge yoga – this class will leave you feeling relaxed yet recharged, perfect to wind down at the end of the week, suitable for all levels including beginners
Online classes
- Monday 6-7pm – Intermediate yoga online – ideal for those wishing to develop their yoga or add yoga to an existing fitness programme e.g. runners/cyclists and other sports
- Thursday 12-12.45pm – Midday movement online – a relatively gentle class, suitable for yoga beginners
All online classes can be done ‘live’ with me on the time & day specified, or later whenever you want. Just book in advance to get the link.
I also have a yoga workshop series for Dumfries people. Next date Sat 28th Jan 10-1.
General booking info – applies to online and Dumfries classes
Classes need to be booked in advance – up to one hour before the class starts (apart from ‘early bird’ which has to be booked by 9.30pm the night before.) Refund policy: I can provide a refund if you cancel your booking with 6 hours notice. Or it can be transferred to another week/class. This applies to online and Dumfries classes. Just contact me to arrange.
NB Dumfries people can now message me to book a place and pay cash on the door – ring, text, Facebook or email me to let me know if you want to come.
Multiple bookings per transactions: You can book for several weeks in advance if you wish, and can also mix up the classes e.g. 3 x intermediate classes, 1 x online. On the booking form use the ‘add another booking’ option when you have entered your name and contact details.
Booking form (all classes): If a date is ‘greyed out’ and can’t book it, it’s probably because there are no more spaces left (Dumfries). Less likely is that I’ve cancelled the class, but I always put those dates on here. If you can’t book a class due to lack of space let me know in case of last minute cancellations.

Dumfries classes info
The Dumfries classes are limited to a set number per class to give plenty of space for everyone.
There are currently no legal Covid-19 regulations in place. If you wish to wear a mask on entry/exit, please feel comfortable enough to do so. Good hygiene routines will be continued.
Equipment can also now be shared, so if you don’t have a yoga mat just let me know and you can borrow one. You can request one in the ‘notes’ field when booking, or contact me directly. I also have blocks for use in the class.
Online class info
No special software is needed to take part in the online classes – the classes are streamed in YouTube Live.
If you can’t make the day/time of an online classes but want to take the class, book anyway so that you will be sent the link, and then you can do the class at a more convenient time for you. You don’t share your screen in YouTube Live so you don’t have to worry about anyone seeing your room, your yoga postures, your pyjamas etc.
Once you have made your booking you will be sent the link for the private YouTube class before the advertised class time. If it’s half an hour before the class and you don’t have the email link, contact me asap.
Top Tip: If you join a few minutes after the live start time, or during the streaming live class, ‘rewind’ the video so that you start at the beginning!
