Current yoga classes

I am teaching three online yoga classes a week. My Dumfries classes will re-start w/b 7th June!

Read on for more info about my classes and how to book.

  • Tuesday 7.30-8.30am – Early bird online – a relatively gentle class, suitable for yoga beginners
  • Thursday 12-12.45pm – Midday movement online – a relatively gentle class, suitable for yoga beginners

General booking info

All classes must be booked in advance. The Dumfries classes are limited to 6 people per class.

No special software is needed to take part in the online classes – the classes are streamed in YouTube Live.

If you can’t make the day/time of certain online classes but want to take the class, book anyway so that you will be sent the link, and then you can do the class at a more convenient time for you. You don’t share your screen in YouTube Live so you don’t have to worry about anyone seeing your room, your yoga postures etc.

Once you have made your booking you will be sent the link for the private YouTube class before the advertised class time. If it’s half an hour before the class and you don’t have the email link, contact me asap.

For the online classes a weekly class pass is available for all three classes (this saves you a bit money!).

Refund policy: I can provide a refund if you cancel your booking with more than 24 hours notice. Or it can be transferred to another week/class. This applies to online and Dumfries classes.

NEW May 2021 – Multiple bookings per transactions are now possible! If you want to book for several weeks in advance you can now do this for as many classes as you wish, and can also mix up the classes eg 3 x intermediate classes, 1 x early bird. On the booking form use the ‘add another booking’ option when you have entered your name and contact details. This system also works for the Dumfries classes (and you can mix and match online and Dumfries classes in one booking.)

Dumfries classes

For the in-person class in Dumfries, please read the accompanying guidelines before you book, so that you understand how the class will operate within Covid-19 regulations. Rest assured that both myself and the venue (Studio 3, Lovers Lane Studios), are following all the necessary guidelines to ensure that the in-person classes are safe and still enjoyable. Mats are worn on entry/exit, but are not worn whilst you are on your mat.

Dumfries classes: I can’t provided mats and blocks, so please bring your own yoga mat, or contact me in advance if you would like to hire one on a temporary basis. I have new blocks you can buy from me if you wish.

1-to-1 yoga online / personal yoga

I can also create tailored personal yoga videos, or hold live personal 1-to-1 yoga/mediation sessions via video sharing, for 30 or 60 minutes – contact me directly to discuss this option. I currently have limited availability for 1-to-1 yoga sessions I’m afraid.
