Current yoga classes
7th March – Payment & booking system is currently still down. To book, just email or message me (see contact page) by text or Facebook or Twitter and I’ll add you to the list and send an invoice later which can be paid online once the system is working again. Apologies and thank you for your patience.
If you know which class/es, you can book online here. Otherwise read on for more info on my current classes including the timetable.
I have three online group classes. My two in-person classes in Dumfries are currently on hold – till at least March, maybe longer. You can also book a personal 1-2-1 yoga session.
- Monday 5.45-7pm – Intermediate yoga online – ideal for those wishing to develop their yoga or add yoga to an existing fitness programme e.g. runners/cyclists and other sports
- Tuesday 7.30-8.30am – Early bird online – a relatively gentle class, suitable for yoga beginners
- Thursday 12-12.45pm – Midday movement online – a relatively gentle class, suitable for yoga beginners
Dumfries classes – on hold (I’ve removed the details for now).
All classes must be booked in advance. Click here to book and pay online.
Update: I have created a way to block book a number of classes – look out for this in the booking site if you want to book a number of classes in one go rather than a separate booking & payment for each class.
General info
No special software is needed to take part in the online classes – the classes are streamed in YouTube Live. If you can’t make the day/time of certain classes but want to take the class, book anyway so that you will be sent the link, and then you can do the class at a more convenient time for you. You don’t share your screen in YouTube Live so you don’t have to worry about anyone seeing your room, your yoga postures etc.
Once you have made your booking you will be sent the link for the private YouTube class before the advertised class time. If it’s half an hour before the class and you don’t have the email link, contact me asap.
For the online classes a weekly class pass is available for all three classes (this saves you a bit of time and money!).
Click here to book and pay online for any of the classes.
