
An intermediate level yoga class, with dynamic yoga sequences, pranayama and mindfulness.
This class is for those with previous yoga experience and/or, a good level of fitness. Each week we will focus on postures, the breath and the mind with a particular theme, exploring a range of movements. Although generally suitable for pregnant women with previous yoga experience, you may find the Friday class more appropriate.
Why choose this class? I incorporate a full range of postures and movements along with teaching beneficial breathing techniques and mindfulness. It's a friendly, informal class and you can take things to your own level.
Price: £7 or £5 concession (low or no income)
Bookings close 1 hour before start of class.
