
An online hatha yoga class which will bring some movement into your day. Take the class live or do it later.
This class is relatively gentle and includes yoga movement and poses, breath work and mindfulness. It is particularly useful for people who sit a lot during the day, perhaps at a desk, or anyone who wants to bring a bit more movement into their life. The movements will help improve flexibility as well as build strength in arms and legs.
This class is mixed ability / open level.
This online class is delivered through YouTube Live. You can join live at the time and day specified, or can catch up later at a time to suit you. You will be able to see me, but I will not see you - there is no camera sharing. I give plenty of verbal and visual modifications and cues to help you find comfortable positions.
Price £3 or £2.25 (concession). If you are on low/no income, choose the concession price for 25% off.
